Recruitment Centers & Dates

Candidates must report on the dates mentioned below:

1. MI Center Kohat Cantt
   • Date: 01 – 24 September 2025
2. 608 MI Center, Multan Cantt
   • Date: 29 September – 03 October 2025
3. 603 MI Center, Lahore Cantt
   • Date: 06 – 10 October 2025
4. 609 MI Center, Karachi Cantt
   • Date: 13 – 17 October 2025
5. 610 MI Center, Quetta Cantt
   • Date: 18 – 22 October 2025
6. 611 MI Center, Gilgit Cantt
   • Date: 03 – 19 November 2025

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum: 17½ years
• Maximum: 23 year

Height & Chest

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm)
• Chest: 78 – 83 cm (with expansion)

Educational Qualification

• For General Duty Soldier (Sipahi GD):
  • Matriculation (Science or Arts) compulsory
• For Clerk:
  • Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent)
• For Technical/Engineering Trades:
  • Matric with Science or Technical Diploma (DAE preferred)

Additional Preference / Special Quota

Candidates from the following categories will be given preference as per government rules:

1. Sons of serving or retired Armed Forces personnel
2. Sons of martyrs (Shuhada) of Pakistan Armed Forces
3. Candidates from Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, FATA, and Balochistan
4. Candidates holding Hafiz-e-Quran certificate
5. Candidates excelling in sports disciplines at district/provincial/national level
6. Orphans of Armed Forces personnel

Documents Required

All applicants must bring original documents along with two sets of attested photocopies:

1. CNIC/Form-B
2. Domicile Certificate
3. Educational Certificates (Matric / Intermediate / Technical Diploma)
4. Father’s CNIC & Pension/Service Documents (for Armed Forces families)
5. Four recent passport-size photographs (blue background)
6. Character Certificate issued by the Head of the last attended institution
7. Hafiz-e-Quran certificate (if applicable)

Important Instructions

• All candidates must report to the centers before 07:00 AM on test/interview dates.
• Incomplete documents will result in rejection.
• Candidates must be physically fit and pass medical examination. Unfit candidates will not be considered.
• Recruitment is completely merit-based and transparent; no recommendations or influence will be entertained.
• Mobile phones, electronic devices, and prohibited items will not be allowed inside the centers.
• The Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without prior notice.

Selection Process

The recruitment procedure will consist of the following steps:

1. Registration & Document Verification
2. Physical Fitness Test (running, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups)
3. Written Test (for Clerk/Technical trades)
4. Medical Examination
5. Final Interview & Merit List

Only those candidates who qualify each stage will be allowed to proceed further.
