Requirements:
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in project management, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical
- Certifications: Master’s in Project Management, PMP certification from PMI, or equivalent
- Desirable Qualification: An MBA from a recognized institution
2. Head of Human Resources
The Head of Human Resources will lead PMTF’s HR department by developing policies, managing compensation programs, and handling all HR functions. This role is crucial to supporting PMTF’s commitment to building a skilled, motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing policies related to hiring, performance appraisal, and compensation
