Terms and Conditions

1. Provisional Admissions
2. Online Profile:
   Applicants must create a profile on the ETEA portal. Once registered, they can apply online for the desired post(s).
3. Application Deadline:
4. Government Employees:
   Candidates already serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel.
5. Multiple Posts:
   Candidates interested in applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each post.
6. Test & Interview:
   • The ETEA test will carry 60% weightage.
   • Academic qualification will carry 10% marks.
   • The interview will carry 20% marks.
   • Total marks: 100.
7. Minimum Passing Marks:
   Candidates must secure at least 60% in the ETEA test to qualify for shortlisting.
8. No TA/DA:
   No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
9. Verification of Degrees:
10. Any discrepancy will lead to disqualification.
11. Quota Distribution:

• Female Candidates: 10% quota (for BPS-16 and below).
• Disabled Persons: 2% quota (for BPS-15 and 16).

11. Screening & Scrutiny:
    Documents of shortlisted candidates will be verified at the interview stage. False information or incomplete applications will lead to rejection.

How to Apply

1. Visit the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) and apply online for the desired post.
2. Generate a deposit slip after submitting your application form online.
3. Deposit the prescribed test fee at any branch of the designated bank.
4. Keep a copy of the paid deposit slip for your record.
5. Roll number slips will be issued to eligible candidates through the ETEA website, and information will also be sent via SMS.
6. Candidates must bring original documents along with attested copies to the interview.

Important Dates

• Opening Date for Applications: 1st September 2025
• Closing Date for Applications: 24th September 2025
• Test Schedule: Candidates will be informed via SMS and ETEA website about the date, time, and venue of the screening test.
• No separate call letter will be issued for the test or interview.
