Job Location:
- Al-Shifa Surgical & General Hospital, located opposite the company’s main office.
Responsibilities of Reception Staff:
- Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including receiving phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and appointment bookings.
- Assist medical and administrative staff with day-to-day front desk tasks.
- Ensure a professional and friendly environment within the reception area.
