1. Deputy Director (Law)
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: A professional degree in Law (LLB) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized institution, either local or foreign.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in legal practice or in-house counsel roles, focusing on corporate law or legal consultancy. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with LLM/Bar-at-Law and expertise in investment laws, contracts, energy sector regulations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee investment laws and contracts, especially within commercial finance, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) agreements, and concession agreements.
- Manage regulatory laws and issues specific to the energy and power sectors.
- Handle corporate, commercial, taxation, and insurance matters.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADRs).
2. Deputy Director (Human Resources)
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: A degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in performing human resource functions in a modern corporate environment.
- The role requires proficiency in HR management, including planning, strategy, career development, and performance management. Candidates must be skilled in MS Office and have good interpersonal communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Organizational Development (OD).
- A deep understanding of HR models and systems.
- Analytical skills to assess and implement the latest HR information systems.
- Experience in labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on improving organizational processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
