Position Overview
Role: Field Engineer
Location: Selected candidates will work in rural areas of:
- District Khairpur
- District Larkana
- District Kamber Shahdadkot
- District Shikarpur
- District Jacobabad
Deployment Requirement: Candidates must be willing to work in remote rural locations.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from an HEC-recognized institution:
- BE (Civil and Architecture)
- BS (Civil)
- B-Tech
- Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) – Civil
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced professionals are highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Packages:

Core Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with Village Reconstruction Committee (VRC) members to explain resilient construction practices.
- Provide guidance to beneficiaries on housing layout and design modifications to meet required standards.
Construction Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards at all construction stages, including plinth, lintel, roof, and completion levels.
- Inspect and certify a minimum of 50 housing units per month.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor and address construction discrepancies.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, to ensure their housing needs are met with accessible designs.
- Supervise masons and ensure they follow construction guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive daily updates in official groups.
- Submit detailed weekly progress reports to supervisors and relevant authorities.
Requirements for Field Work
- Candidates must own a motorbike, as transportation facilities will not be provided. (A fuel allowance will be included in the package).
