Available Positions

SSPA seeks to hire professionals in various capacities to support its strategic objectives.

1. Program Managers / Specialists

  • Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in managing large-scale social protection, welfare, or development programs.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officers

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Project Management.
  • Experience: At least 4–6 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, data management, and reporting. Knowledge of digital tools for M&E will be an added advantage.

3. Social Mobilization & Outreach Coordinators

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, or Community Development.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in community mobilization, awareness campaigns, or field outreach programs, preferably within social welfare or poverty alleviation initiatives.

4. Finance & Accounts Officers

  • Qualification: MBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA, or B.Com/M.Com from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, reconciliations, and donor compliance.

5. Administrative & HR Officers

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Administration, HRM, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years in HR, administration, or office management, preferably in development or government sectors.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and report-writing skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical practices.
