Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is a key player in enhancing the skills and technology of Pakistan’s industrial sector. TUSDEC is launching the National Strategic Programme for Acquisition of Industrial Technology (NSPAIT) to boost technological advancement in priority sectors across Pakistan. The organization is seeking dynamic, skilled professionals to join its team in various roles based in Lahore, Gujranwala, and Wazirabad. Below are the available positions and their requirements.

Lahore-Based Positions: Project Administrative Staff

1. Director (PPS-11)
   • Qualification: MS/BS in Textile, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with a management degree.
   • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.
   • Age: 32-45 years.
2. Manager (PPS-8)
   • Qualification: MS/BS in the above fields with additional management credentials.
   • Experience: 7 years in a relevant field.
   • Age: 29-40 years.
3. Deputy Manager (PPS-7)
   • Qualification: B.Sc Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial & Manufacturing with additional management or public administration qualifications.
   • Experience: 5 years, with R&D and report writing skills.
   • Age: 27-36 years.
4. Assistant Manager and Associate Manager (PPS-5 and PPS-6)
   • Qualification: Engineering degrees in related fields, including Mechanical and Electronics.
   • Experience: 1-3 years.
   • Age: 21-35 years.
5. Technicians and Receptionist (PPS-1 to PPS-3)
   • Roles include Electrician (DAE), Lab Technician, and Lab Helper for administrative and laboratory functions.
   • Experience: Relevant field experience required.

Gujranwala-Based Positions: Tools, Dies, and Moulds Centre

1. Designer (PPS-7)
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with DAE.
   • Experience: 5 years with proficiency in software like Power Shape, Pro E, Solid Works.
   • Age: 27-36 years.
2. In-Charge High Pressure Casting & Injection Molding (PPS-5)
   • Qualification: B.Tech/DAE in mechanical technology.
   • Experience: 3 years in a relevant setting.
   • Age: 25-32 years.
3. Molding and Casting Machine Operators (PPS-3)
   • Qualification: DAE in mechanical or related field.
   • Experience: 1 year.
   • Age: 21-30 years.

Wazirabad-Based Positions: Cutlery Institute of Pakistan

1. Manager (Production) (PPS-7)
   • Qualification: B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial & Manufacturing).
   • Experience: 7 years in a production role.
   • Age: 29-40 years.
2. Training Specialist (PPS-6)
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
   • Experience: 5-10 years in training and development.
   • Age: 25-32 years.
3. Admin & Accounts Officer and Quality Control Specialist (PPS-6)
   • Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or relevant field.
   • Experience: 3 years.
   • Age: 25-32 years.
4. Machine Operator and Technician (PPS-3)
   • Qualification: DAE or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical.
   • Experience: 1 year in an operational or technical role.
   • Age: 21-30 years
