The University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for various administrative positions. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned below are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11) – Regular
   • Qualification:
     • Matriculation (2nd Division or equivalent) from a recognized board.
     • Proficiency in typing with a speed of 30 words per minute.
2. Junior Lab Assistant (BPS-05) – Regular
   • Qualification:
     • Matriculation with Science (minimum 2nd Division).
3. Lab Attendant (BPS-05) – Regular
   • Qualification:
     • Matriculation with Science (minimum 2nd Division).
4. Naib Qasid (BPS-01) – Daily Wages
   • Qualification:
5. Mali (Gardener) (BPS-01) – Daily Wages
   • Qualification:
6. Chowkidar / Security Guard (BPS-01) – Daily Wages
   • Qualification:
7. Sweeper (BPS-01) – Daily Wages

Application Procedure:

1. Application Form:
   • Download the prescribed application form from the University’s website: https://www.uad.edu.pk
   • Alternatively, obtain the form from the Registrar’s Office, University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.
2. Required Documents:
   • Completed application form.
   • Detailed CV.
   • Attested copies of academic transcripts (DMCs), degrees, certificates, CNIC, and domicile.
   • Recent passport-size photographs (02).
   • Verified experience certificates (if applicable).
3. Processing Fee:
   • For BPS-11: Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable).
   • For BPS-01 & BPS-05: Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable).
   • Deposit the fee in Bank of Khyber Account No. 3003771977 (Branch Code: 0129). Attach the original deposit slip with your application.

• Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and fees for each.
• Government, semi-government, and autonomous body employees must apply through the proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be contacted for tests/interviews.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
• The age limit for support staff is a maximum of 45 years.
• Disabled candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• All new regular appointments will be made under the Contributory Provident Fund (CP Fund) Scheme.
• Applications received late or incomplete will not be considered.
• The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any position without assigning any reason.
• Territorial jurisdiction applies to posts from BPS-01 to BPS-16, in line with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 (amended).
