Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male applicants are eligible.
- Age Requirement: Candidates must fall within the age bracket of 20 to 34 years as of the closing date.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is Matriculation/O-Level from a recognized board. Higher qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Selected officers under the UBL Graduate Program will be responsible for a wide range of branch-level tasks. The duties focus on client interaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with banking standards. Responsibilities include:
- Client Services and Support
- Assist walk-in customers by providing information about bank services.
- Handle client inquiries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship management skills to ensure client retention.
- Branch Operations
- Support daily branch operations in line with UBL’s operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security regulations, and service standards.
- Accurately maintain records and assist in financial transactions.
- Customer Portfolio Management
- Develop rapport with existing clients to identify their financial needs.
- Provide assistance in promoting UBL’s range of financial products and services.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex matters to senior officers as per protocol.
- Administrative Duties
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing of branch records.
