Position: Officer – Account Payables

Qualification Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A professional approach and sound knowledge of accounting principles are essential for this role.
Experience Criteria:
- Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in handling account payables within a corporate or industrial setup.
- Prior experience in managing invoices, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and financial record-keeping will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and processing supplier and vendor invoices efficiently.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with company policies.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records for audit compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitoring accounts payable reports and preparing payment schedules.
- Assisting in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
